Veya Limited (“Veya”,” AskVeya”, “AgentVeya”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

Veya as a data controller

We are the data controller for all personal information that we collect and process in providing services to our clients, administrating our business, engaging new clients and 3rd party providers.

The data controller is Veya Limited (“we, us, our”) of c/o RSM, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF and we have overall responsibility for all personal information collected via this website.

What sort of information do we process?

We process (collect, store, use) personal information about lots of different people for different reasons. We process personal information about our clients, people who work with us to provide our services, our staff, property information and other third parties we interact with either directly or through our website.

If you sign up to use any of the Veya services and create a profile, this will include:

Profile/Identity Data: first name, last name, email.

Contact Data includes, billing address, email address.

Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.

If you purchase a product on the platform from Veya this will include:

Billing Data: debit/credit card holder information (name/billing address) of whoever purchased something from Veya Limited (payments processed by Stripe). Veya uses SamCart as the ecommerce platform for capturing and passing billing data to Stripe.

Financial Data: We rely on Stripe to retain and store your credit/debit card information and we do not retain it ourselves.

Transaction Data includes details about payments from you for products and purchases you have made from Veya Limited.

If you log onto the platform or contact us through interacting with our website communication tools:

Technical Data: internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

Customer Support Data includes feedback and survey responses. If you conduct a webchat or contact us by email we will retain a record of that conversation

Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as deal data to help you to make data-driven product decisions. Aggregated Data could be derived from your Personal Data but is not considered Personal Data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. However, if Veya combines or connects Aggregated Data with your Personal Data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as Personal Data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
