Veya shortlisted for Technology Supplier of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2022
Veya has been shortlisted for the Supplier of the Year (Technology) Award at The Negotiator Awards 2022.
Sixteen businesses have been shortlisted alongside Veya for the award, including Coadjute, Payprop and Street Insights. Entrants had to demonstrate that their services improve processes and functions in residential sales and lettings.
Despite the progression in technologies, property transaction times in the UK are still lengthy, taking anywhere from 12-21 weeks once an offer has been accepted to completion and up to 40 weeks if significant problems arise. Not only can this cause huge frustrations for the buyers and sellers, but it can also lead to fall-throughs all together.
Veya can help bridge the gap, by offering information and solutions at the right stages that can be implemented to make the transaction smoother and allowing both estate agents and conveyancers to work better together.
When coupled with the ID&V and source of funds feature, Veya becomes a powerful tool for compliance as well as ensuring that agents, buyers and sellers are fully informed as early in the process as possible.
Announcing the 2022 shortlist, Publishing Director Grant Leonard said, “The significance and importance of the Awards is reflected in the high quality and quantity of entries we’ve seen this year, underlining this as the leading awards programme in the sector.”
He continued, “We have a panel of 24 of the most experienced, achieved and respected people in the industry, judging the entries. Our judging process is the most robust, open and transparent process of any property awards, meaning that winning really demonstrates to the industry and your customers that you are the best.”
The Awards takes place in the evening of The Negotiator Conference & Expo, the key annual networking event for the residential property industry. This year, hosted by the BBC’s Naga Munchetty, it will bring together the leading associations, sector specialists and 500 agents, to debate the issues facing agents in 2023.
The finalists and winners will be announced at a gala dinner at Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London on the evening of 25th November 2022. Tickets can be purchased here.
