For many people, the conveyancing process can be a stressful and confusing time, as there are a lot of legal documents to be signed and exchanged. However, over the last few years, the conveyancing sector has undergone a period of innovation and change. New legal technology has been introduced that makes it easier for buyers and sellers to track the progress of their sale, and there are now a number of firms, like Aconveyancing, that offer a fixed-price service. This means that people can budget more effectively for their move.

In addition, the sector has become more regulated in recent years, which has helped to improve standards and reduce the risk of fraud. With digital anti-money laundering (AML) checks for conveyancers helping to streamline this process and reduce the extra workload.

As a result, the conveyancing process is becoming quicker, simpler and more efficient than ever before.
